Baby Dallas

Baby Dallas was about 4 weeks old. He was the runt of the litter. He was an all black kitten found behind an auto parts store near where we live. My grandson found three of them in the pouring down, torrential rain about three weeks ago. The three black kittens didn’t even have their eyes open. My daughter and granddaughters feed and (are feeding the remaining two) and bathe them. They are adorable. One tried to crawl up my jeans pant leg one day. Dallas didn’t make it, and we buried him today. I am so sad that one so little and so helpless had to suffer like that. It just doesn’t seem fair.
