Comcast – Jamming Commercials Down Our Throats

I was having trouble with our modem and sending and receiving emails. I looked on my last bill from Comcast for a Customer Service number and dialed. About ten minutes later, I had sat through about twelve commercials. I repeatedly tried hitting the “O” button, trying to get a live body, but nothing happened. I had to wait until the end of the round robin of commercials before I could ask for a human being. Much to my surprise, at the end of the twelve commercials, a voice came on and said, “Our number has changed. For Customer Service, dial _______. What a ruse. What a way to get me to switch my Internet service…….
